Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and articulate Telecaller fluent in Kannada and English to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, and promoting our products/services. This role demands excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products/services.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain a database of customer information and update it regularly.
Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by the management.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer engagement.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience: 1–2 years in a telecalling or customer service role.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in Kannada and English (both verbal and written).
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using telecalling software and CRM systems.
Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the logistics or related industry.
Knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
Certification in customer service or sales training programs.
