Job Description
We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our company's social media presence. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in managing social media platforms, developing engaging content, and driving brand awareness. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze metrics to inform strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Content Creation: Develop, curate, and manage engaging content across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a positive community.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize engagement and reach.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and support promotional campaigns.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, incorporating them into strategies.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience: 3–4 years of proven experience in social media management.
Skills:
Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).
Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with paid social media advertising campaigns.
Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools.
Certification in Digital Marketing or Social Media Management.
