Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in logistics sales, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth in the logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the logistics sector to expand the customer base.
Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to the management team.
Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience: 3–4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with logistics software and tools.
Knowledge of supply chain management principles.
Additional certifications in sales or logistics management.
