Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create visually compelling designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and campaigns.
Ensure consistency of brand visuals across all platforms and materials.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
Prepare and present design concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approval.
Work closely with external vendors and printers to ensure the quality of final outputs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
2–5 years of professional experience in graphic design.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to take constructive feedback and adapt designs accordingly.
A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and creativity.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Familiarity with web design and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.
Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
