Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in business development or sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and forging strong client relationships. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and contributing to the company's overall growth objectives.​

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.​
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.​
Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.​
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.​
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business strategies.​
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.​
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.​
2–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.​
Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management.​
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.​
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.​
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
