Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented CRM Logistics Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to enhance logistics operations and improve customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between customer data and supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and logistics information.
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
Generate reports on logistics performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
Assist in the development and implementation of CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement.
Provide training and support to team members on CRM system usage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in a CRM or logistics role.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with logistics software or ERP systems.
Knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
Certification in CRM or supply chain management.
