Job Description
We are seeking a creative and driven Marketing & Communication Executive with 1–2 years of experience to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, and brand communication strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for storytelling and branding.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
Create engaging content for social media, blogs, emails, website, and marketing materials.
Manage the company’s social media presence and monitor engagement metrics.
Coordinate with designers, content creators, and external agencies to deliver brand-aligned assets.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communication platforms.
Support internal communications, PR efforts, and event coordination.
Track and analyze the performance of campaigns using analytics tools.
Maintain and update marketing calendars, newsletters, and media lists.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in social media platforms, content writing, and email marketing tools.
Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma.
Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress.
Exposure to branding, storytelling, and influencer marketing.
Previous experience in handling internal/external communications or PR.
