Job Description
We are looking for a highly driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive with 2–4 years of experience in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should be confident in generating leads, closing deals, and working closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, and key stakeholders.
Understand client needs and present tailored business solutions.
Create proposals, pitch decks, and presentations to effectively showcase offerings.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
Maintain a pipeline of leads in CRM and provide regular updates on outreach and conversion.
Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to improve the sales process and customer experience.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Proficiency in tools like CRM software, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in B2B or SaaS-based selling (optional, based on company).
Prior experience in [Industry – EdTech, IT, Real Estate, Marketing, etc.].
Knowledge of lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).
Comfortable with data analysis and business intelligence tools.
