Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Telesales Team Lead to manage and motivate our telesales team. The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in telesales or inside sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role. You’ll be responsible for driving team performance, meeting targets, providing training, and improving conversion rates.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and manage a team of telesales executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Monitor team performance using KPIs such as call volume, conversion rate, and lead quality.
Provide regular training, guidance, and support to enhance team productivity and product knowledge.
Conduct daily team meetings and motivational sessions to keep the team engaged and focused.
Track individual performance, give constructive feedback, and handle escalations.
Generate sales reports and present updates to senior management.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve pitch strategies and lead quality.
Maintain CRM data hygiene and ensure timely follow-ups by the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–4 years of experience in telesales or inside sales.
At least 1 year of team handling or leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, objection handling, and closing strategies.
Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
Proficient in using CRM tools, Excel, and sales dashboards.
Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in sectors like EdTech, Insurance, Real Estate, or FinTech.
Multilingual ability is a plus.
Experience in reporting, team KPI analysis, and sales forecasting.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities.
