Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Telesales Executive with 2–3 years of proven experience in sales over the phone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, explaining products or services, and closing sales to meet business targets.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products/services.
Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions.
Follow up on leads through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales data in CRM.
Handle customer objections confidently and convert them into successful sales.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for campaign strategies.
Provide excellent customer service and support to build long-term relationships.
Required Skills:
2–3 years of telesales or inside sales experience (B2C or B2B).
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in [English/Hindi or local language].
Strong listening skills and customer-centric approach.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Target-driven with the ability to handle pressure.
Positive attitude, confident, and persistent.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the [industry – e.g., EdTech, Insurance, Real Estate, Finance, etc.].
Multilingual ability is a plus.
Strong negotiation and closing techniques.
Familiarity with digital sales tools (Zoom, WhatsApp Business, email marketing tools).
